CAREERS

Learn the work properly, then own it

We run the finance function for companies across North America, Europe and Asia. That means real books, real deadlines and four people checking your work until it is right. It is a demanding place to start a career, and a fast one.

ACCA Approved Employer, Trainee Development, Gold ACCA Approved Employer · Gold for Trainee Development An external body audits how we train, supervise and develop our accountants. The approval is renewed, not awarded once.
HOW YOU LEARN

On live books, from the first month.

Nobody here spends a year on practice files. You work on real clients, and four people check what you produce until it is right.

Your practical experience is signed off in-house rather than chased elsewhere.
Supervised by ACCA-qualified leadership, on live client work.
Structured review at four levels, which is where most of the learning happens.
Exposure to US, UK and APAC reporting from the first year.
WHERE IT GOES

Three layers, and a route through all of them.

Every engagement is staffed across three levels with a QA officer above them. You can see the next job from the one you are doing.

LEVEL 1 Trainee accountantTwo years on live books. Categorisation, reconciliation and source documents, and you self-check everything before it moves. Strong performers move onto the permanent team.
LEVEL 2 AccountantYou own a portfolio, review what the trainees produce, and become the person a client asks when a number looks wrong.
LEVEL 3 Senior accountant or finance leadFinal review and sign-off, and you own a client relationship. You are the named person on that engagement.
LEVEL 4 Quality assuranceAn independent check on finished deliverables across engagements, which is where you see how every department actually works.
WHAT IT IS LIKE

Honest about the parts that are hard.

01 Your work gets checked, every time Four people look at it before a client does. Early on that is uncomfortable. It is also the fastest way anyone learns this job, and it means a mistake is caught rather than carried.
02 You work your clients’ hours We cover US, UK and Asia-Pacific business hours, so shifts are arranged around the client’s day rather than ours. We tell you which pattern a role sits on before you accept it.
03 Nobody is the only one who knows Three-layer staffing means cover holds through holidays and illness. You can take leave without a client feeling it, and you are never the single point of failure.
04 Small firm, real clients Around thirty of us, working for companies on three continents. You will not spend two years on one ledger, and you will not be an anonymous seat on a large account.

Tell us what you have worked on.

A CV and a few lines about what you want to be doing in three years is enough to start. We reply either way.

HOW HIRING WORKS

Three steps into the trainee programme.

For experienced roles there is no set process. Send a CV, we read it, and we come back to you with what happens next.

STEP 1 Your CV A PDF named with your own name. We read every one and reply, including when the answer is no.
STEP 2 An online screening exam Set by us and taken online. It tests the accounting fundamentals the programme is built on.
STEP 3 Interview You come in, meet the people who would supervise you, and ask them anything.
