We built the tools we could not buy

Running a finance department for companies in ten countries turns up the same two gaps over and over. So we built for them. Both are ours, both are in use, and both are becoming products in their own right.

MRA-OS

Task tracking and communication for teams that actually have to finish things.

Project tools grew into everything: docs, whiteboards, dashboards, automations. Most teams use four features and pay for ninety. MRA-OS does the few that decide whether work gets done, and does them fast.

One place per piece of workThe task, the conversation about it and the file it produced, together rather than across three apps.
Fast by designBuilt for people opening it forty times a day. No loading states between you and a task.
Visible ownershipEvery item has one owner and a date. Nothing sits in a queue nobody reads.
Built on real loadRunning inside a firm closing books daily for clients across four timezones.

Finninza

An AI finance team for owners who never wanted to learn accounting.

Most founders do not need a ledger. They need to know whether they can afford the hire, where the money went last month, and what the numbers mean. Finninza answers in plain language, from books that are actually reconciled.

Ask in plain wordsNo account codes, no report builder. Ask the question you would ask an accountant.
Answers from your own booksConnected to your ledger, so the answer is your position rather than a general explanation.
It flags before you askReceivables slipping, a margin moving, a cost that doubled. Told to you, not buried in a report.
It knows its limitsWhere a question needs a qualified accountant, it says so and hands you to one.
FINNINZA  ·  ASK ANYTHING
Can I afford a second developer? FINNINZAOn the last three months you are averaging $41,200 of net cash a month, with $186,400 in the bank. A second developer at $6,500 all-in takes that to roughly $34,700. You stay positive in every month of the last year. What would break it? FINNINZATwo accounts are past 60 days and together they are $74,000. If both slipped another month you would be tight in November rather than comfortable.
WHY WE BUILD

Both of these started as something we needed ourselves.

We are a finance department first. Every tool here exists because around thirty accountants hit the same wall often enough that building was cheaper than working around it.

Used before it is soldNeither is a concept. Both run inside the firm on real client work before anyone outside sees them.
Narrow on purposeWe are not trying to replace your whole stack. Each does one job that was being done badly.
Separate from the firmEach carries its own identity. Buying the software does not mean hiring us, and hiring us does not mean buying the software.
Built by people who close booksThe people specifying these are the ones who reconcile, review and deliver. Not a product team guessing.
EARLY ACCESS

Neither is open yet. Both will be.

Tell us which one is interesting and what you would use it for. We will come back to you when there is something worth showing.
